2. Add your "bookmark autofiller"

Open World Gym form

You will use the following URL to create a bookmark. When you scan the QR code (or open the link above) you can press on the bookmark that you created and the page will autofill.

iPhone setup steps

Tap Open World Gym form
Create a bookmark in your browser (Share → Add Bookmark).
Edit that bookmark’s URL and paste the code snippet from above.
Next time you visit the gym:
scan QR → page opens → tap your bookmark → it autofills.

Note: This autofiller has been tested on Safari and Chrome (iOS) and works as expected. Firefox on iOS is not supported, as it does not reliably allow users to run code snippets via bookmarks and may refresh the page instead.

If you use Firefox on desktop, you can install the browser extension to autofill the form automatically after scanning the QR code.
